How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add your favourite items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your details and complete your payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
Will I receive a confirmation after ordering?
Yes! You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia.
How long does delivery take?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your parcel via the carrier's website.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item, and we'll make it right.
How long does a refund take?
