Refund Policy

At The Furry Nest, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is provided

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, treats)
  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or variant where available. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Australian Consumer Law

Our refund policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
