We currently ship to all states and territories within Australia, including metro and regional areas.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Remote and rural areas may require additional time.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:
- Check your tracking information for updates
- Ensure your delivery address was entered correctly
- Check with neighbours or your building's reception
If you're still unable to locate your parcel, please contact us and we'll investigate on your behalf.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
